PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training

Take on life with greater zest and stamina.

Being fit for life is:

…playing with your kids, not just watching them play
…taking the stairs two at a time
…walking the streets with confidence
…doing more with your body
…living better

Simply by giving your body the right practices, you can build up your flexibility, strength, health, confidence and energy. You will be surprised how your body will tune itself up and rise to the challenges. You want to move better? You want to live better? You can!

Inertia, fear and boredom are the common enemy. The lead weight of the workout programme, the tedium of the treadmill – how do you beat that? Not by more of the same. Our weapons are the joy of movement, the excitement of learning and the confidence of visible progress. We have an approach that blends three essential elements:

– We involve nature – tuning in to the rhythms of the natural world around and within ourselves, often working out in the open air. Nature is the greatest ally in the fight for fitness.

– We draw on ancient martial arts techniques, proven over centuries in Asian cultures: Indonesian martial arts, Thai boxing, Ta’i Chi Chuan, Silat, – which we blend with Western boxing and self-defence training and apply to your specific needs.

– We build on the joy of movement, the sheer pleasure of using your body, as a powerful source of energy. Our belief is that if you love what you are doing, you do it better – building a virtuous circle of success.

The training can be tailored to your needs, whether you are fighting the next European championship or fighting the advancing years.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Aerobic martial arts are now proving very popular and indeed many Martial techniques can be employed for greater physical expression. While employing methods that increase Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Speed and Motor-Skills clients can also gain greater mobility and in most cases greater tranquility from non-contact practice of  modern contact sports.

Whether you are a Grand Master or a Grandma, we can train you.
